SwiftLine Arc Book a fit call
How it works

From first call to live campaign.

Nothing is dialed until the list, the suppression and the script are agreed and signed off. That sequence is deliberate.

1

Fit call

Forty-five minutes covering your market, your buy box, what happens to a lead once you have it, and whether a managed calling campaign is the right move for you right now. Pricing is covered on this call.

  • A short intake form beforehand
  • Anyone who signs off on spend should be on the call
2

Onboarding

A structured intake capturing criteria, script direction, suppression lists, delivery preferences and escalation contacts. You get a single point of contact for the account from this point on.

  • Criteria and buy box confirmed in writing
  • Lead standard agreed before launch
  • Your suppression list loaded
3

Build

The campaign is assembled across the operation while you sign off on each piece. List pulled and skip-traced, dialer and caller IDs configured, script written and approved, caller trained on your campaign before going live.

  • First list built and suppressed
  • Dialer and numbers provisioned
  • Script approved by you
  • Caller trained and tested
4

Live and reviewed

Dialing starts. Leads are reviewed and delivered with their recordings, calls are scored weekly, and the campaign is adjusted from what the calls show rather than from assumptions.

  • Leads emailed with recording and notes
  • Live lead log available to you
  • Weekly report and campaign review
The lead standard

A lead is a conversation you would want to take yourself.

Agreed in writing before the campaign goes live, so there is nothing to argue about at the end of the month. Every lead arrives with its recording, which makes checking it a two-minute job.

Delivered as a lead

  • An owner or decision-maker on the property
  • Interest in selling, stated on the call
  • Property identified, with condition and occupancy covered
  • Timeline and price expectation discussed
  • Contact details confirmed and permission to follow up
  • Recording and call notes attached

Never counted as a lead

  • Voicemails, hang-ups and wrong numbers
  • “Send me some information” with nothing behind it
  • Renters, agents or anyone who cannot sell the property
  • “Maybe in a few years” with no motivation behind it
  • A callback request with no qualifying conversation
  • Anything that has not passed quality review
